Creamy Pasta Romanoff

Pasta is so yummy and versatile, a quick and easy meal. 
This is a simple easy recipe that is no fail and delicious every time. If time is short but you want to impress this is perfect. 
I hope you will give it a try. 

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. washed and sliced fresh mushrooms 

8 oz. of your favorite pasta

16 oz. sour cream

2 tablespoons of butter

1/4 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped chives

1 clove garlic, crushed

Salt

Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 7-8 minutes. I like my pasta al-dente. 

While pasta is cooking in a sauce pan melt butter add mushrooms and garlic cook medium low for 3 minutes. 

Mix in sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. 

Cook for 5 minutes on medium low heat, stirring often. 

Drain pasta and add to cream mixture, stir until pasta is coated. 

Arrange on warm platter, sprinkle with chives and parmesan cheese. 

Serve with a great salad or broccoli and crunchy bread for a perfect meal.
