Strawberry Coconut Salad

Ingredients

4 cups of fresh strawberries

4 cups of fresh chopped pineapple

3/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup of sugar can substitute with stevia

2 cups of fresh orange juice

Directions

In a glass bowl layer strawberries and pineapple then sprinkle with sugar and coconut between each layer. Continue steps until you use all your fruit.

Pour fresh orange juice over layered fruit cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

This is great by itself or served over angel food cake. Leftovers make an awesome breakfast.

This is one of my favorite easy fruit salad recipes, the flavors are awesome together. Makes such an easy dessert to bring to a cookout or get together without being time consuming. I hope you will enjoy this recipe!
