This is a simple but very flavorful chicken recipe. I love easy dinners and this couldn’t be any easier, unless someone else cooked it 😉
I like to serve with a side of asparagus. I have to say my favorite thing is to have leftovers and eat it for lunch the next day cold! Yummy 😋
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 bottle of your favorite Italian Dressing
1 Container of Italian Bread Crumbs
3 ounces of your favorite Grated Parmesan-Romano Cheese ( I use 4c)
Place chicken breast in a bowl cover with Italian dressing and refrigerate overnight.
If you don’t have enough time to marinate overnight at least marinate thirty minutes to one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray your baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a shallow bowl pour about half of your Italian bread crumbs and about 2-3 oz. of your grated Parmesan-Romano cheese and mix together. Take out chicken from marinade one piece at a time and coat well with bread crumbs and cheese mixture. Place chicken in baking dish, repeat until all chicken is coated. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover the chicken and bake for 5 more minutes. Pull chicken out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
If your chicken is really thick add cooking time, 30 minutes covered and 5 minutes to brown.
