
Apple Sticky Buns, these are so quick and easy to put together. While they are rising and baking you can make your breakfast items bacon, sausage, eggs, and eat within a hour of waking up! They are delicious served warm with a cup of coffee or tea. I hope you will give these a try, you will not be disappointed!
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. Yeast
3/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Water
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Butter
1 Egg, beaten
1 3/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. chopped Apples
3/4 c. Butter
1 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Corn syrup
3/4 c. Chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. Water
DIRECTIONS:
Put flour and yeast in a large bowl.
Heat milk, sugar, water, salt, and butter together until warm. Stir Into flour and yeast mixture.
Mix beaten egg, flour, and chopped apples into flour mixture and let rise 30 minutes.
While dough is rising, combine last 6 ingredients and heat until melted. Pour into 9×13 pan.
Drop dough by tablespoon onto syrup.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
Cool about 2-3 minutes and invert on cookie sheet. Quick and delicious. Best when warm.
