
Cabbage is one of my favorites, I like it grilled, stir fried, air fried, boiled or baked. This recipe is easy and only takes a few minutes. I love it with squash and fresh tomatoes. I hope you will give it a try.
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 head green cabbage chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat a skillet with coconut oil over medium heat.
Add chopped cabbage, onion, and garlic.
Stir to mix onions and garlic with the cabbage.
Now leave it alone and let the cabbage start to brown, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, I also use spike seasoning too.
Stir the cabbage over and let other side brown slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
Add butter stir and cook for a couple minutes more.
Once cabbage is browned to your liking, add more seasoning to taste. Serve and enjoy.
