Looking for a no cook yummy, healthy, and easy dessert that everyone will love, then this is that recipe. Great for all your get togethers. You can change up the fruit to what your family enjoys most. I use peaches and blackberries, mangos and blueberries, I also use a strawberry and banana layer then a layer of vanilla wafers. Ingredients:
8 oz of low-fat vanilla yogurt
8 oz Cool Whip topping
4 cups sliced strawberries
3 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Combine yogurt and vanilla the fold in Cool Whip, stir until blended.
Layer Cool Whip mixture in a pint size mason jar. I started with a layer of blueberries, followed by a layer of the Cool Whip mixture, then by a layer of sliced strawberries. Keep layering until you reach top of mason jar. Now add last layer of Cool Whip topping and finish with a strawberry. Chill for about an hour before serving.
