This recipe takes a tougher cut of steak and tenderizes it so it melts in your mouth. So full of flavor, juicy, and tender, you will make it a go to recipe. You can use on any steak cut. Enjoy your summer and grill on!
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs skirt steak, or sirloin
the juice of 2 limes
the juice of 1 large orange
1/2 cup tequila
1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
DIRECTIONS:
In bowl add tequila, orange, and lime juice stir together, and spices mix well. Place steak in marinade. Let marinate for at least 4-6 hours.
Preheat grill to high. Brush with oil. Sear steak, cooking medium, or to your preference.
Let sit for 3-5 minutes slice against the grain and serve. Happy Grilling!
