Here is a recipe that I have been making for many many years, it is a great snack and very addictive, thus the reason I only make it once a year! Lol.
You can substitute with your favorite nuts or cereal etc, to make it your own, I have found this is a perfect blend of sweet and salty for us and friends. I make this about four times during the month of December to accommodate friends and family’s appetites, but I don’t mind at all. It’s so easy! 6 cups Corn Chex
8 oz. bag of Bugles
8 oz. of Whole Pecans
8 oz. Peanut M&M’s or Peanut Butter M&M’s
20 0z. package of White Almond Bark
Mix corn chex, bugles, pecans, and M&M’s, in a large bowl.
Spread a large sheet of wax paper over counter top.
Melt Almond Bark over low heat In a saucepan, stirring often.
Pour melted almond bark over mixture.
Stir together carefully and quickly.
Spread mixture evenly over wax paper and let cool about 20 minutes, break up and store in air tight container.
