I love a good jello salad especially when it’s warm outside. This Valentines Day I thought about making something a little different from the chocolate recipes I usually make, but wanted something that fit the color and sweetness of the celebration. So I decided on a Coke and Cherry Love Salad. Yes, this is perfect for any day…sweet daddy loved it! I hope you will give it a try, I’m sure your love will be happy! ❤️

Ingredients:

1 Can cherry pie filling
½ Cup water
1 large package of cherry gelatin mix
1 can of crushed pineapple, not drained (7 1/2-ounce)
1 can of Coca-Cola (12-ounce)
½ Cup chopped nuts
1 tub of chilled whipped topping
3 Ounces cream cheese

Directions:

Boil the pie filling and water.
Remove from heat and add the gelatin mix stir until dissolved and well mixed.

Add the pineapple with its juice from the can, and add your 12 ounce Coke mix well. Stir in the nuts. Pour into large bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Meanwhile, mix together the whipped topping and cream cheese. Spread over the cooled and set salad. Serve and enjoy! 😊
