Christmas Bread

Who, doesn’t like bread?
One of my favorites is Christmas bread served with butter.
I love the flavors, it is exactly the smells and taste of Christmas. I enjoy the lighted tree a cup of Christmas blend coffee, it feels me with warm cozy vibes. Merry Christmas, I hope you will give it a try.

1 cup of sugar

2 tbs. melted butter

1 egg

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup orange juice

1 cup of dried cranberries

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease your loaf pan.

Blend first three ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Let cool for 20 minutes.

I like to serve warm with butter.
You can also cool and drizzle with icing.
Mix powdered sugar and orange juice together and drizzle over cooled bread.

Happy Baking 😊
