Pizza Pasta Salad

I love pasta salad of many kinds, what’s not to like.
This pizza pasta salad is so good on every level. What I like is if you like different toppings on your pizza you can add those and take away what you don’t like from the pasta. You really can’t go wrong. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 lb. rotini pasta or your favorite pasta

4 ounces diced or halved pepperoni

6 ounces cubed mozzarella

1/2 green bell pepper diced

1/3 cup red onion diced

6 ounces banana pepper rings (drained)

sliced black olives

1 cup of Italian Dressing (Olive Garden is my favorite)

A few shakes of your favorite parmesan cheese

Directions:

Boil pasta for 7 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse briefly with cool water. Let the pasta drain well.
While the pasta is cooking prepare the other ingredients. Cut the pepperoni in half or into quarters, and cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

Dice the bell pepper and red onion.

Drain the banana pepper and black olives.
When the pasta is cooked, cooled, and drained, transfer it to a large bowl. Add the pepperoni, mozzarella, bell pepper, red onion, banana peppers, and black olives. Stir the ingredients to combine.
Pour Italian dressing over pasta salad stir well.
Sprinkle with parmesan.

Refrigerate 4-6 hours. Serve with some great crusty bread and enjoy.

Happy cooking 😊
