
You know when it’s Fall you have to indulge in some pumpkin deliciousness! So this poke cake is definitely an indulgent treat full of Fall flavors. So super easy to make and yummy to eat. Enjoy your Fall y’all and give this a try.
INGREDIENTS:
1 yellow cake mix
15 oz. pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. whipped cream
3 Heath bars broke into pieces, save one broken bar for cake topping.
1/4 c. caramel sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°
Cream cake mix, pumpkin and cinnamon.
Spread evenly in a greased 9×13 pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Poke holes in cake and pour sweetened condensed milk over cake and fill holes.
Sprinkle 2 of the broken Heath bar pieces on top of condensed milk.
Place cake in the refrigerator overnight or at least four hours.
Spread whipped cream over cake, top with reserved Heath bar pieces. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
