I love to go apple picking, being at the orchard is so calming and peaceful. I like to take them home and make fried cinnamon red hot apples, my favorite! They go with everything, pork loin, fried chicken, grilled chicken and even warm over ice cream. If I have extra time I will can, red hot cinnamon applesauce, my sons favorite. I hope you will give this recipe a try.
