This is a super easy recipe. If you’re short on time but want a hot meal, this is a great one to make. All your favorite things about tacos in a savory pie. You put together and relax while it’s baking. I hope you will give this a try. 

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Hamburger

1 small chopped onion

1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix

2 tablespoons Green Chiles chopped

2 tablespoons Salsa

1 1/4 cups milk

3 Eggs

3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix

Garnish:

1 c. Shredded cheese 

1 tomato diced

 1/2 cup of chopped lettuce

Sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°. 

Cook hamburger and onions until brown. Drain and put back in pan. Stir in taco seasoning, chilies, and salsa. 

Spread in a greased, 10″ pie pan. 

Mix together biscuick, eggs and milk until smooth. 

Pour over meat mixture. 

Bake for 25 minutes. 

Top with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more. 

Take out of oven and let cool for 8-10 minutes. 

Garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and serve.
