Spruced out Brussel Sprouts

If you are looking for a great side dish for your next Holiday Dinner or special get together, look no further. This is the one, awesome full of flavor and compliments ham, turkey, steak, duck, and roast. This will impress your guests.

Serves 6
Ingredients:

6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

2 tsp of bacon drippings or extra virgin coconut oil

1 small red onion, sliced very thin

2 lbs Brussel Sprouts, trimmed & halved

6 garlic cloves, minced

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Heat oil till’ hot.
Stir in bacon, onion, & brussels. Saute 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add garlic and stir constantly for another 4-5 minutes until garlic is toasty.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Now your ready to serve.
