The Plank Circuit


How many of you are working on your plank exercises which strengthens your core?  Well here is a plank circuit that I found and use that works your abs, thighs, shoulders and arms. It is a little tough to do, but it really gets the heart going and also burns calories.

Here are the moves:

1. Plank Knee Tuck to Hip Abduction
2. Rows Triceps Extension
3. Spiderman Pushup
4. Front Raise Side Lateral

Do 10 reps on each leg or arm.  You will also need a 5 pound weight for part of this. A word of warning, you are going to suck in major air!

Focus on form with this video and don’t think you have to keep pace at first. Just remember to breath.
