Organic Dark Chocolate Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Whole Food’s organic antioxidant trail mix
(You can use your favorite organic trail mix)
6 Tbsp organic dark chocolate chips
Wax paper
Instructions:
Place dark chocolate chips in a small pan. Melt on low heat, stirring often. On a piece of wax paper, make chocolate circles with a spoon, about the size of a quarter.
Immediately place the trail mix on top of the chocolate drops. Press them down into the chocolate lightly. Makes about 16.
Let the chocolate bites sit for about an hour. They are now ready to eat!
